WENLOCK OLYMPIAN SOCIETY

77 turned out for this year’s Road Race. There were a few comments about the “Undulating” course 😊, but most people enjoyed it and are going to return next year. We would like to thank all the marshals and helpers who make this event such an enjoyable one, but most of all the competitors who make the race worth doing. The winner of the women’s race was Karen Gibbons of Bridgnorth while the winner of the men’s race was Daniel Connolly, also of Bridgnorth, with a very impressive time of 36:14 having a 4-minute lead on second place. Well done Daniel.
