Golf
The 2024 Wenlock Olympian Games Golf event will take place on Monday 15th July at The Shropshire Golf Centre, Muxton.
COMPETITION:
- The competition will be played as Stableford over 18 Holes off full handicap.
- The best three scores per team (of four players) are added together to provide an overall team score.
- Two competitions will be run alongside each other:
- Men’s and Mixed (2 ladies and 2 men)
- There will be a 12:00 noon shotgun start
AWARDS:
- Wenlock Olympian Society gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three scoring teams in both events (Men’s and Mixed)
- The ‘2024 Golfer of The Tournament’ will be presented with a Wenlock Olympian discobolus
ENTRY:
- Golf competition: £22 per player
- Dinner (2 course dinner plus tea/coffee): £20 per person
